If you experience problems with FTP, confirm that the client is configured for Active (Standard) FTP.
In Internet Explorer,
- Click on Tools, and then Internet Options

- Click on the Advanced Tab.
Under the Browsing section, confirm that “Enable FTP Folder View” is checked.

- Under the Browsing section, confirm that “Use Passive FTP” is UNCHECKED.

- Click OK.
