FTP Instructions Printer Friendly  

If you experience problems with FTP, confirm that the client is configured for Active (Standard) FTP.

In Internet Explorer,

  1. Click on Tools, and then Internet Options



  2. Click on the Advanced Tab.
    Under the Browsing section, confirm that “Enable FTP Folder View” is checked.



  3. Under the Browsing section, confirm that “Use Passive FTP” is UNCHECKED.



  4. Click OK.
